The Louisville Renaissance Zone (LRZ) Dermody Properties project at the Renaissance South Business park is a 350,000 square foot box building warehouse situated on 30 acres off of Minors Lane, Louisville, Kentucky. Work included excavating and placing 250,000 cubic yard (CY) of earth, lime drying 212,000 CY of material, installing 2,000 linear feet (LF) of storm piping and other various utilities. The project also includes installing 4,500 LF of concrete curbing and 5,200 tons of asphalt paving. All of this work is being performed around a dynamic retention system.
