Buechel Basin is a storm surge basin on approximately 40 acres in the vicinity of Produce Road in Buechel, Louisville, Kentucky. The project included carbon filtering and treatment with a bleach solution for odor reduction and three storage areas: 4.5 million gallons, 14 million gallons and 88 million gallons.
